PlanIt is an event planning app that lets you create events, invite people by PlanIt username, and respond with times that work.

Data PlanIt Collects

PlanIt collects and stores the following information to provide the app’s functionality:

• Account information
  • Your PlanIt username (chosen by you)
  • A device/account identifier provided by Apple’s iCloud services (used internally to associate your PlanIt profile with your iCloud account)
• Event content you create or provide
  • Event name and description
  • Invitees (PlanIt usernames)
  • Proposed time blocks and responses

How Your Data Is Used

PlanIt uses the data above to:

• Create and display events you create or are invited to
• Let invitees submit availability responses
• Sync your events and responses across your devices using iCloud / CloudKit

Where Your Data Is Stored

PlanIt stores app data in Apple CloudKit. Data is transmitted to and stored by Apple as part of iCloud services. PlanIt does not operate its own separate server for this data.

Sharing

PlanIt shares event information with people you invite:

• When you add an invitee username to an event, that event becomes visible to that invitee inside PlanIt.
• Invitees can see event details and proposed times in order to respond.

PlanIt does not otherwise share or sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

PlanIt retains your data in CloudKit until you delete it (where the app provides deletion controls) or until it is removed as part of normal iCloud/CloudKit operation.

Your Choices

• You can choose what event information to create and share with invitees.
• You can stop using PlanIt at any time.
• You can manage iCloud settings in iOS Settings (e.g., sign out of iCloud or disable iCloud access for the app), which may affect the app’s ability to sync data.

Children’s Privacy

PlanIt is not designed for use by children under 13. PlanIt does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
